 MID TERMS

This is a joy and resolve like I haven't felt in a long time. 

The United States of America is not down for the count yet. So much more work to do but this generation seems up for it. The seats won in Congress, State Legislative bodies, Governorships etc is something not seen since I was 5 years old. 

Kansas elected a Democrat to the Senate. This man is a mega-church pastor. What does tell you about the absurd brand of Christianity that replubicans seem to endorse. All religion has a corrosive element (unfortunately) but it is telling that Kansans believe the highly touted "Trump is our Saviour" sect are complete and total RETARDS. 

I was born in Kansas City, Mo and graduated high school in 1987 in Kansas City, Ks. 

People in the middle of the country tolerate a lot of shit One thing that is not allowed is a complete total retard and his loyal followers to just viciously destroy America at home and around the world. We have all vested too much of our people's blood and treasure for this retarded, racists, bigoted class of humans to take us all down. 

I have always been proud of America because despite the politics I've seen for my whole adult life...There is good in America. It is increasingly difficult to find. You have to sift through so much bullshit to access the good in America and life in general at times.

I'm reading through a magazine (like a real paper one) called the Skeptical Inquirer, May/June 2026 edition. 

BULLSHIT

This article discusses the fight we all have to wage every day against the lies, factual distortions, conspiracy and just endless non sensical opinions from people, no one should ever have to listen to. People are taking online, twitter, discord, reddit and any other medium you want and growing bolder everyday and every hour it seems. 

No one has much time to care about lying at all. It's not just mistakes or anything remotely accidental. Media and I mean everyone and everything is engineered to keep the BULLSHIT at 100% peak. 

Brandolini's Law - (Brandolini 2013) An Italian programmer made this statement. "The amount of energy needed to refute bullshit is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it."

This 2026 mid-term is clearly a start but the work just get's going. The young, professional and educated wing of this new Congress needs to take charge and get Schumer out at a minimum. Jeffries might be hard to oust but I understand why people want him out. 

I am more concerned that Congressman not on Judiciary Committee's will be talking shit out of turn and fuck of the impeachments that are necessary to hold people truly accountable. 

We do not have any more time for any more BULLSHIT from anyone in Congress. 

Get the fucking work done that is require. 

Immediately take away stock trading privileges and the rest of the republicans would leave as soon as they could. 

Do it if you CARE. 

C.A.R.E. 7 Nov 2026 - CLEAR - HEADENESS

  The word of the day from the C.A.R.E model is - CLEAR - HEADENESS

Gratitude for the opportunity ahead and the continued grace we all receive every day the Sun rises. 

I didn't know what word to choose. I want to do this every day and I do in some respects; it just hasn't translated to me writing every day. I believe I am coming into a zone where it will be more possible to do this and be free of distractions. 

Having a clear head is obvious as a positive attribute associated with caring for yourself and for everyone around you. 

Methods used to obtain what you view as clear headed are varied. I went down a road where I was convinced that at times, alcohol was helpful. The retarded nature of how anyone can think that is embarrassing. I just never really took it seriously until I could no longer control it. Being clear headed is about finding that thing; [whatever it is] that allows you to have mental clarity and to think critically without too much effort. 

This leads to right action, when you have the opportunity to identify, assess and then talk or act or move or do anything impactful to not only yourself but to others around you. 

Not going to belabor this. 

Prayer/Meditation is my method along with deep breathing. Writing in this space clears a lot of nonsense brewing in my brain.
